Designing

What types of products are available for customization?
We sell everything from t-shirts to sweatshirts for adults, ladies, and youth.

Can I upload my own artwork for designing a custom product?
Yes. Upload your artwork in either eps, jpg, png, svg, or cdr format. The artwork should be at a high resolution (ideally 300 dpi). You must also agree to the terms and copyright agreement when uploading your artwork.

Will you design my product for me?
No. We do our best to make it easy for you to upload your own design or choose from hundreds of pre-made designs.

How are printing prices calculated?
The printing prices are based on the type, amount, and color of garment. We do offer quantity discounts.

Ordering

Is there a minimum number of products I have to order?
No.

What forms of payment are accepted?
PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover.

Are there quantity discounts?
Yes. We offer quantity discounts on all of our products.  Quantity discounts are automatically applied to every qualifying purchase (minimum 12 shirts-depending on printing method).

How can I check on my order?
By clicking on the “Where Is My Order” link in the footer of the website.

How are the products printed?
Our products are decorated using top of the line embroidery, direct-to-garment, sublimation and screen printing equipment.

How secure is my information with the website?
Rest assured, our website is secured with the most sophisticated SSL technology.

Shipping, Guarantee, & Returns

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and take between 1 and 3 business days to arrive upon being shipped.

How are shipping prices determined?
Shipping prices are determined by the total weight of the order.

How long does it take for my product to arrive after I order it?
Our process times range from 7 - 10 business days.

What guarantee comes with my order?
We offer a money back guarantee on products that are misprinted or of sub par quality.

In order to use a design you must have the full rights to it. If you are unsure or have any doubts, please confirm your ownership or seek permission from the copyright owner.

When you save a design, you are agreeing to the following terms:

  • I hold commercial rights to reproduce the design.
  • If for any reason the legal owner of this design contacts fulfillment house, they will be directed to me.
  • I understand illegal use of third-party copyright content is a serious offence and can lead to penalties.
